Free speech is only tolerated and protected at The University of Michigan (as well as numerous other venues of academia) if it is rooted in a left-wing agenda. This has been the norm for decades, to which I can personally attest. Anyone wishing to speak out in support of Israel, Conservatism, Christianity, Life, Capitalism, Freedom, America, etc. is shouted down on campus and only hears crickets from the holier-than-thou Administration and tenured professors who are more concerned with drowning themselves and their customers (students) in the latest trends of diversity, sustainability, and political correctness rather than educating. Double standard you say? HELL YES!
