In a rather weak attempt to deny the harsh reality of EPIC FAIL that is ObamaCare, Toure tried to make the case that the online exchanges are improving by using a tweet from The New Yorker’s Ryan Lizza, who has been "bashing" the website, that announced he was finally able to successfully use the site.
Huh, I just tested http://t.co/IV0cLrFUr3 for the first time and I was able to set up an account with no trouble.

Uh oh! Here's what Toure failed to show his viewers:
Got all the way to the end on http://t.co/BAwCWsojC5 and then it got hung up trying to submit app pic.twitter.com/rdVraRoJU0

So, yes, http://t.co/IV0cLrFUr3 is still broken.

Obviously Lizza had spoken too soon. Anyone visiting his Twitter timeline would have instantly noticed the updates to his yet-again failed attempt. His tweets were between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. The Cycle comes on at 3:00 PM and the segment ran at about 3:20 PM, giving Toure and the rest of his clown troupe plenty of time to make the necessary adjustments - if their goal was to be honest about the situation. But honesty is such a lonely word (and hardly ever heard) at MSNBC, especially when the Kool-aid Brigade is forced to do round-the-clock damage control for the Obama regime.
Later on CNN, Lizza himself discussed his latest unsuccessful interface with healthcare.gov.
