In the wake of racial unrest, military equipment has been taken away from police departments across America. Will this move help or hurt communities when it comes to keeping order? The Boy Scouts of America have banned water gun and balloon fights. What? Scouts may no longer shoot water guns at each other as Scout leaders say that is an act of violence. Do you agree on the ban? Plus, Walmart has introduced a plan to hire 250,000 veterans in 5 years! These stories and more will be judged on Up or Down.
