Though I don’t have definite proof but even everyone knows that Kylie was driving drunk that day. When I asked my uncle who works with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer,he told that such cases getting slipped under the hood are quite normal and there is nothing new in it. Celebrities, rich and influential people are always treated specially by law.
