Obama has been and continues to plant the seeds that he hopes will fulfill his and other Marxist Socialists' desire to 'fundamentally transform' America. He knows that a majority of present day Americans would love to get extended paid leave from their employer. This is just another union-like attack on business. When companies collapse under the weight of even more regulations and dictates, more people will turn their eye to government for help. Of course, this is what the Obamaphobes want to happen, that is, America brought to her knees with the elites in power controlling our every move.
